OUR VISION:

Preksha Yoga’s vision is based on the Sankrit Shloka (Verse) “Om, Sarveshaam Swastir Bhavatu; Sarveshaam Shantir Bhavatu; Sarveshaam Purnam Bhavatu; Sarveshaam Mangalam Bhavatu. Om Shantih Shantih Shantih” which in English translates to “May all be auspicious, may all attain peace, let there be fullness and contentment all over, may all be blessed. Om peace, peace, peace.

OUR MISSON:

Preksha Yoga’s mission is to cultivate Joy, Happiness, Contentment and Peace in heart and mind of its students, guests and community around by means and practice of Yoga.

Preksha Yoga is dedicated to spreading Yoga for achieving physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being and self-realisation.

Swami Vivekanada, an indian hindu monk once said “Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest this divinity“. We at Preksha Yoga help and guide seeker of truth to manifest this divinity from within and help individual to achieve balanced, meaningful, healthy and peaceful life by organizing various courses, events and workshops such as Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) courses, Yoga retreats, Yoga vacations, specialized workshops, etc

Our co-founder

Siddhesh (Sid) Naik

Siddhesh is our Co-Founder who works dedicatedly and heartfully to keep Preksha Yoga beautiful and clean in order to provide the best spiritual experience to all our guests.

Known among his friends as real Karma Yogi by nature, his motto of life is “Selfless service to all”. 

He is very passionate about cleanliness and he ensures that every room offered to our guests is just perfect to experience yogic ambience. Over the past 3 years he has planted over 300+ trees and played a crucial role in growing a beautiful plastic free garden at our Ashram .
